Do these three things every day and your life will never be the same.
Write things down. Take care of your health. Be consistent
I have read a lot of non-fiction personal development books. There are a lot of pieces of advice you can get from books, shows, YouTube videos, and even movies. I've been doing these three things every day, and I've seen a lot of progress. I'm not perfect at any measure, but here we go.
1. Take notes
This will unlock your potential.
Writing things down, either on paper or in a digital form, is a great way to keep track of your priorities, thoughts, ideas, and progress.
Try gradually adding this to your life, and remember to evaluate your notes weekly or monthly. This is important because you can make sure you are on the right path.
2. Take care of your health:
This will pave the way to everything else you want in your life.
Take care of yourself and your health first before engaging in anything else.
Get quality sleep.
Pay attention to your diet.
Engage in any form of physical activity.
"I only sleep 4 hours" is overrated. Sleeping is good, and please get enough sleep.
3. Practice consistency:
This is the golden rule of productivity.
For me, writing these few words is a practice. If necessary, sacrifice quality and quantity for the sake of consistency.
It's more valuable to do something for seven days for even ten minutes than doing it one day in a week, even if it's for 4 four hours.
Remember, you have complete control and choose your focus and attention.
So choose wisely.
